Payment by stages
A clearer journey to the flight deck.
FlyEASA is providing the stage payment structure designed to avoid transferring the full future training budget to one school at the outset. The programme includes career coaching for every participant all the way to the flight deck.
All milestones and training are based and compliant on EASA regulations Part FCL 1178/2011.
01Funds secured
Training funds are allocated to an account in the student's name.
02The ATO delivers the module
The selected EASA-approved ATO provides the agreed training module under its own approval and contract.
03Completion is recorded
Completion is documented against the agreed training milestone before payment verification.
04The ATO submits its invoice
The training provider invoices for the completed and documented stage.
05Payment follows verification
Once completion is verified, payment is released to the ATO.
06Future-stage funds remain unreleased
The balance for later stages would remain with the appointed payment provider until the applicable conditions are met.
