FlyEASA operates as the coordination layer around professional EASA training. Students follow an agreed airline-career plan while approved training remains with the ATO responsible for each stage.

FlyEASA coordinates the operating model. The responsible ATO, provider availability, payment arrangements and programme contracts are confirmed before enrolment or payment.
Understand the starting point
Review existing licences, logged experience, timing, language, medical status and the airline-career objective. Regulatory eligibility is confirmed by the responsible organisations.
Complete professional assessment
Use structured assessment to inform development priorities and the training plan. It is a completed input to planning, not a promise of airline selection.
Build the route and budget
Map the seven stages from PPL Training to a B737/A320 Type Rating, likely provider handovers and the indicative budget before any enrolment or funding instruction.
Confirm the applicable ATO
Agree which EASA-approved ATO will deliver each stage, along with entry requirements, price, scope, scheduling and training responsibility.
Train against defined milestones
Complete training with the selected provider. Eligible payments follow agreed milestone evidence.
Review progress and adapt
Keep the complete plan visible, coordinate handovers and address issues early. Any provider move and treatment of future funds depend on the applicable agreements.
Prepare for airline recruitment
Continue with CV, application, assessment and interview preparation after training. Airlines retain every selection and employment decision.
