1. Operator
The site is operated by Dutch Aviation Services sp. z o.o., ul. Piotrkowska 222/3, 90-369 Łódź, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs under KRS 0000838546 by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP 7252299781, share capital PLN 5,000.
Electronic contact: [email protected]. These terms are available free of charge and may be saved or printed.
2. Current purpose and services
The electronic services covered by these terms are access to public website information and transmission of a one-off pilot or ATO enquiry through the applicable form. Both are free.
The enquiry forms transmit the submitted route, contact details, preferred reply channel, telephone number where supplied, message, acknowledgements and technical submission details through the Avantwerk contact relay to the DAS CRM so DAS can respond. Visitors may also contact DAS through the email, telephone or WhatsApp links shown on the Contact page.
The website does not accept an order, purchase, enrolment, reservation, assessment booking, payment or protected-funds transaction and does not itself create an ATO partnership, employment, placement or training relationship. Provider, training, payment and protected-account arrangements depend on appropriate partners, due diligence and separate terms or written agreements.
3. Technical requirements and safe use
Page access requires an internet connection and a current browser. Form submission requires JavaScript and a working email address. Normal internet risks include malware, phishing and unauthorised interception. Keep software current and verify communications claiming to be from FlyEASA.
You must not submit unlawful material, malware, content that infringes third-party rights, or another person’s confidential or personal data without authority. Do not use the website in a way that disrupts or compromises it.
4. Formation and termination
The page-access service starts when a page is opened and ends when it is closed. The enquiry service starts when the user selects Send and ends when the submission confirmation is displayed. The user may stop before submission or close the page at any time. Inputs can be reviewed and corrected before Send is selected.
5. Complaints
Technical or service complaints may be sent to [email protected] or the postal address above. Please identify the affected service, date, problem and preferred reply route. Consumer complaints will be answered within 14 days where Article 7a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act applies; other complaints will be answered without undue delay.
6. Information and third-party references
We take reasonable care over published information but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Training routes, funding structures, potential partners and future support are subject to verification and final agreements. A reference or external link does not establish affiliation, endorsement or partnership unless that relationship is expressly stated and verified.
Nothing on the website is an offer, admission decision, employment assurance, training-place guarantee, financial instruction or promise that a future service will launch.
7. Intellectual property
Website content may be used for ordinary personal browsing. Other copying, distribution or commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless applicable law permits it. No statement on this page represents that a name or logo is a registered trade mark.
8. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Users remain responsible for independent medical, licensing, financial, legal and career decisions and should rely on the competent provider or authority for those decisions.
9. Law and disputes
Polish law applies without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection available under applicable law. Jurisdiction is determined by mandatory and generally applicable rules; these terms do not impose exclusive Łódź jurisdiction on consumers.
10. Changes
Changes apply prospectively from the effective date shown above. Paid or continuing services, if later launched, will require separate applicable terms and pre-contract information.
