Pilot Assessment & Continuous Coaching: FlyEASA
Assessment & coaching

Know your starting point. Keep developing.

The FlyEASA journey begins with professional assessment through MyWingman and continues with mentoring around training. The purpose is better-informed planning and development, not a promise that a candidate will be selected by an ATO or airline.

A continuous support cycle

Assessment is the beginning, not the finish line.

A candidate completes the professional assessment through MyWingman to create useful evidence for planning. FlyEASA intends to revisit development priorities as training progresses.

Before training

Establish a baseline

Review aptitude, working style and development areas alongside practical facts such as experience, timing, medical status and budget.

During training

Reflect on progress

Use scheduled conversations to identify patterns, prepare for the next stage and raise coordination issues before they become larger problems.

Towards airlines

Apply the learning

Connect development priorities to CV presentation, airline assessment practice, interviews and the professional habits expected in recruitment.

What coaching covers

Support around training, not a second training authority.

Coaching can help a student interpret feedback, prepare questions, maintain a development plan and stay focused on the complete airline objective.

The ATO remains responsible for approved instruction, competence decisions, records and certification. Medical, licensing and airline-selection decisions remain with the relevant authorised organisations.

No invented threshold

This website does not publish a pass mark, guaranteed result or one assessment format for every future student. The provider, scope and deliverables will be explained before booking.

Assessment creates a starting point. Coaching turns it into an ongoing development plan.

MyWingman's exact assessment scope and deliverables, and the coaching services available to a student, will be explained before booking as the FlyEASA programme arrangements are finalised. This brochure does not collect assessment responses or results.
