Professional assessment through MyWingman
The intended route begins with a professional assessment through MyWingman to establish a useful planning baseline. Completing the assessment is not a promise of ATO admission or airline selection.
Professional training
Move through the agreed seven-stage route from PPL Training to a B737/A320 Type Rating, with the responsible provider and entry requirements confirmed for each stage.
Progress mentoring
Use regular reviews to keep the pathway connected and address planning or communication issues outside the ATO's training responsibility.
Airline preparation
Develop your CV, applications, assessment technique and interview preparation around the airline roles you intend to pursue.
First Officer objective
Work towards your first airline flight-deck position. Recruitment decisions remain entirely with each airline.
If the plan changes
Keep future stages separate from today's training.
The payment model releases funds by verified milestone instead of transferring the entire future training budget to one provider at the beginning.
If circumstances require a change of ATO, FlyEASA helps review the issue and identify another approved provider, and unreleased future funds remain available for that provider.
